I like my realtor a LOT…. is this really part of his job? He will give me advice but he won’t help us with specific numbers.

I am a handyman and specialize in plumbing but also do a lot of other things. There are investors buying foreclosures and fixing them up in my area.
My question would be how would I go about talking to a Realtor about passing my name on to the investor that is buying?
I thought about offering the Realtor a 10% cut on the money i make though the clients they get me. If anyone has any ideas it would help a lot, work is slow and I am looking for some new fresh ideas!

We are already pre-approved and found the perfect house today. It’s bank owned and our lender won’t finance it because it doesn’t have a furnace. There has to be a way around this. Any advice?
We have the money to put one in, but we can’t even put in an offer because our Realtor knows our lender won’t let the financing go through……grrrrrrr. Help!

I’m a mother of a 1 1/2 year old and I talked to someone recently about being a agent. They are very interested in me I know nothing about real estate and I would have to take classes.. Should I do online or actually go to a class room. I do learn better in a class room but if it’s pretty easy online wouldn’t be a problem.

Approaching for sale by owners. most do not think they need a Realtor, but lawyers can be just as expense. Anyone have any tips for getting that types of business please share. very hard market to break into because of the way these people feel about realtors.

my husband and i are first timers and this realtor we are working with was very upfront about how good she is at bargaining and getting good deals. But here we are narrowing down and putting in some offers and she wont give advice! she always says "whatever you want to offer". We know obviously its up to us but we want her professional opinion. I cant tell if its a legal thing why she wont help or if she just doesn’t want to be responsible if our offer falls through. what’s the deal?
